Aquabord Edge Trim – Black

No aquaboard installation is complete until the outside edges are capped with a piece of trim. We offer a variety of trim options, including aquaboard’s black edge trim. This piece works seamlessly with any 10 mm board in either the aquaboard laminate or PVC range.

Outside edges of aquaboard wall panels are finished with trim for two reasons. First is aesthetic appearance. A piece of black edge trim makes for a beautiful finish you just cannot get from caulk. Second is the need to create a watertight seal.

A correctly installed aquaboard shower panel is 100% waterproof and leakproof. To accomplish that however, you need a proper piece of edge trim that has been correctly installed and sealed with our silicone sealant. Done right, the trim keeps out water and creates an aesthetically pleasing finish.
